  • The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

  • On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
  • Delivery will be made punctually under the responsibility of the carrier.
  • An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package, or packages, to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all anomalies on the delivery receipt note.

  • Shipments outside the peninsula, which are subject to taxes, tariffs or customs costs, will be paid by the customer, to comply with the law of their area and/or country.

  • The customer has 14 calendar days to return the product.

    - If it is a size or garment change, there are two options to proceed:

    1 You send the item and you will only pay the shipping for the size change (€4.95).
    2 We send to our transport agency and in the same service the new one is delivered and the old one is collected, the price for collection and shipping is (€6) to be paid by the customer.
    3. Changes of socks or tights will not be accepted under any circumstances.

    - If the customer wants the return of an item:

    1- That the client sends the package through the agency that he deems appropriate, and once said package is received, the amount of the items will be refunded through bizum, transfer and subtracting the shipping amount if it was free. (- 4, €95) in the peninsula or the cost of shipping outside the peninsula.
    2- Returns of socks or tights will not be accepted under any circumstances.
    3- We do not accept returns of items that have been washed, have been used, do not have a tag or have any damage (stain, broken...)
    4- If an order attempts to be delivered to the customer and they are not at home, they will have a period of 7 days to collect it from the agency where their package is located. After this period of time, you will not have the right to exchanges or refunds for a discount voucher, as the regulated time for this has passed.
    5- Refunds will not be accepted for customs expenses or tariffs, since they are the sole responsibility of the end customer, for compliance with the trade and tax law of their area and/or country.
    6-In case of return, once we verify that the product is in good condition and without having been opened or used, the amount of the product or products will be refunded (shipping costs will not be refunded).
