Scope and seller
These terms govern laboutiquedeaya.com and purchases from Jessica Fernández Quirós, trading as La Boutique de AyA. Identification and contact details appear below. Browsing alone does not imply acceptance of marketing, unnecessary cookies or a purchase contract.
Information and ordering
Product pages describe products, variants and availability. Before placing an order you can review items, quantities, delivery details, payment method and total. The final price, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before confirming a purchase involving an obligation to pay. An order confirmation is sent by email. The conditions communicated when contracting govern that purchase; later updates do not retrospectively change existing orders.
Prices, payments and deliveries
The prices, discounts, payment methods and rates shown for the selected order and destination apply. These terms introduce no extra fees and do not replace published rates. Instalment payments depend on the provider’s availability and approval and its terms shown when selected. Delivery periods and specific conditions for reservations, pre-orders or made-to-order garments are stated on product pages, in the cart and in applicable order information. See the shipping policy and country rates linked below.
Returns and guarantees
See the refund policy to notify and arrange exchanges, returns and withdrawal. Voluntary commercial conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. A sale or discount alone does not remove those rights. The statutory conformity guarantee is separate from any commercial guarantee, including the price guarantee; in Spain, new goods have a statutory three-year period from delivery. Mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable to international sales are respected.
Use and content
Use the store lawfully and without interfering with its security, operation or others’ rights. Text, images, designs and marks are protected by the rights held by AyA or their respective owners. You may consult and use information to buy and as permitted by law; commercial exploitation is not authorised without the relevant permission.
Customer reviews
Reviews are displayed through Judge.me. Contributors must describe their experience honestly and have the necessary rights over submitted images and content. Posting unlawful content or others’ personal data is not authorised. Publication does not transfer ownership: it permits display for reviewing the store or product and necessary technical adaptation without changing the meaning. We do not state that every review is verified; verification labels must correspond to the method applied to the individual review. Contact us to report unlawful content, errors or exercise your rights.
Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains personal-data processing. Strictly necessary cookies enable the store to work. Non-exempt technologies requiring consent must only be used when authorised; accept, reject or change preferences through “Configure cookies”. Accepting these terms or necessary cookies does not mean accepting advertising, analytics or other non-exempt third-party cookies.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep product information, prices and availability accurate and current. Errors and incidents will be handled in accordance with applicable law and consumer rights. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Links to third-party services do not remove our own obligations as seller.
Enquiries and complaints
Email info@laboutiquedeaya.com, call or use WhatsApp at +34 686 140 859, or write to the address provided. Give the order number and necessary details without sending full card information. Contacting us or complaining does not limit your right to approach competent consumer bodies or courts.
Law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of protection under mandatory rules that apply to them, including those of their country of residence where applicable. Disputes will be heard by the courts determined by applicable law, without requiring consumers to waive their statutory jurisdiction rights.
Shopify Network Intelligence and third-party services
This store is hosted by Shopify. Information you provide is shared with Shopify and third parties needed for the services used, including its Enhanced Services, and may be processed in other countries. Our privacy policy and the Shopify links explain purposes, safeguards and available objection or opt-out choices.
Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled on this store. Shopify may combine interactions with this store and other merchants to improve, personalise and market its services, including advertising targeting, under its terms and applicable privacy preferences. Shopify acts as controller for those purposes of its own. Its policy explains the purposes, legal bases and choices. The Shopify consumer privacy policy and privacy portal are linked below. Payment providers decide their own security checks and, where relevant, eligibility for instalment payments; their terms describe their processing and any automated assessments. AyA is not the provider granting that financing.
