Spanish Peninsula only: we will send you a Correos code or label. Its cost is €5.95 per label used and will be deducted from the refund.
Outside the Peninsula: the customer must choose their own courier and send the package at their own expense. This Correos label is not offered, nor is an additional €5.95 deducted.
If the initial shipping was free, there will be no subsequent charge for making a return. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are handled without return costs for the customer.
